ISLAMABAD – The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) has issued a stern final notice to all defaulting allottees of residential and commercial plots in Sectors F-14 and F-15, warning that failure to clear outstanding dues within 15 days will result in immediate cancellation of allotments and recovery of state land.
The notice, published on the official FGEHA website, marks the last opportunity for allottees who have consistently failed to pay required instalments, development charges, and accrued late payment penalties. The Authority has made it clear that no further extensions will be granted.
According to the official directive, allottees in the default have a strict 15-day window from the date of the notice’s issuance to settle their full outstanding liabilities. Payments can be made through the FGEHA online portal or designated bank branches.
Strict Consequences for Non-Compliance
An FGEHA official, speaking on the condition of following the published notice, outlined the severe repercussions for those who ignore the ultimatum. After the 15-day deadline expires, the Authority will initiate simultaneous actions, including:
- Immediate Cancellation: The allotment letter of the defaulter will be declared null and void.
- Eviction and Resumption: Possession of the plot will be forcibly taken back by FGEHA.
- Financial Forfeiture: All amounts previously paid by the allottee will be forfeited without compensation.
- Legal Recovery: The plot will be recovered as state land under relevant public property laws.
- Blacklisting: Defaulting allottees will be debarred from participating in any future FGEHA housing schemes.
The notice applies to all defaulters in both Sectors F-14 and F-15, which were originally developed to provide housing for federal government employees.
Background
This final notice comes after months of repeated reminders and partial payment deadlines. Officials indicate that a significant number of allottees continued to ignore previous demands, forcing the Authority to move to the final enforcement stage. The move is seen as part of a broader cleanup drive to re-allot recovered plots to eligible employees on a waiting list.
Advice for Allottees
FGEHA has urged all defaulters to immediately verify their payment status via the official website (www.fgeha.gov.pk) and clear their dues without delay. The Authority’s One Window Cell remains available for verification, though sources confirm that no new payment plans or waivers will be considered within this 15-day final period.
“This is the last chance. After 15 days, the law will take its course, and the plots will be retrieved as state property,” the notice effectively warns.
Allottees who fail to respond by the deadline risk losing both their plot and all money already invested.
