Police conducts search and combing operations in multiple areas
Following the special directives of Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, the Islamabad Police are continuing search and combing operations in various areas of the federal capital to curb crime and suppress criminal elements.
Under the supervision of the SSP Operations Islamabad Qazi Ali Raza, search and combing operations were conducted in different areas of federal capital Islamabad.During the search operation, 1175 individuals, 397 houses, 91 shops, 06 hotels, 138 motorcycles and 71 vehicles were checked, while 04 illegally residing foreign nationals, 74 suspects and 13 motorcycles were also shifted to police stations for further legal proceedings.SSP Operations Islamabad stated that the purpose of these search operations is to tighten the noose around criminal elements and enhance security across the city.He added that such search operations are being carried out in various areas across the district. Islamabad Police continue indiscriminate actions against criminal elements, land-grabbing mafias, and drug peddlers.
